I went and had my chest done with Dr. Kesler under strong advisement from multiple people who said he was the best in this area. It's been 2 years since my operation, and I HATE the work he did. I asked for a size D, he gave me DD's. My breasts are now uneven, and they ripple where the implant is. It's so embarrassing, that I never where anything tops revealing any kind of cleavage, and can't even where a swimsuit at the beach (I wear a t-shirt over my bikini). I went back to him to see if he could correct it, but he said he would charge me. My breast augmentation was initially $9K, and he told me he could fix them for an additional $5K. My experience there was completely unaccaptable. Not only did he not listen to my needs (cup size), but my breasts look HORRENDOUS. Please remember, most expensive does NOT equal the best.
