I purchased a Hp Pavillion back in May of this year and I have nothing but problems with it. I have taken it to the geek squad two different times within the last two months and they have not been able to fix it what so ever they intructed me to call Hp to get a replacement laptop. I purchased a two year warrenty with this computer and Hp and the geek squad are refusing to fix the laptop as well as give me a replacement computer. When you call best buy they either leave you on hold for 30 mins are just dont answer the phone. This is a serious matter and it just pushed under the bus. How do these people stay in business? I will never buy another computer from best buy ever again.
