I had a central air unit installed 09/08. This was the beginning of a nightmare. They had to charge the unit 3 times and change the compressor all within the the first week. On 5/09 they had to come out 2 more times to charge the unit. Then I was told by their A/C Tech Shawn that he would file the warranty paperwork for a new unit. THIS WAS ALL A LIE. We had scheduled at least 10 appts. to install a new unit and he would never show. I called the company and was hung up on, emailed the owner several times , and received no response. This company lies to their customers and their customer service is really awful . Right now 8/09 I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be pursuing legal action against this company. As of this date 8/09 my central air unit is constantly running and blowing warm air into the house.
