The service at this kinko's over the last few years has demished significantly, the rep didn't tell me not to print the receipt after he knew of the problems with the printers. Then I called the Manager Darin and told him of the problem, he told me "Send us a fax and a assistant manager will quickly take care of this" 3 days later no luck. Email Fedex customer care a day later no response, called no one called back. I finally went back and got my money back in cash, only bacause the place I am doing business with currently uses them. The next time I will ask them if I can choose the carrier and pay for it then they credit me on the back side.
