If they recommend a major procedure, or tell you that you need a lot of work done, or that something will cost a lot of money, GET A SECOND OPINION - for your own sake and peace of mind. \r

I strongly recommend against using them, but if you do decide to have work done there, take care to protect yourself: put everything that you say and that they say (everything!) in writing, be careful what you sign, allow a lot of time for appointments, and try not to take their rudeness personally
