I am very upset with the receptionsist service at the Blue Cross Animal Hospital. They would do good to take a phone ettiquette class... and it would be even better if the Vets would know how awful their customer service is over the phone. they are the first impression and they stink Being in the customer service health industry my self I know it gets busy on the front but that is no excuse to be short and rude on the phone. If you can't handle your job then quit!
