As I arrived at Blades Salon in Wethersfield I was cheerfully greeted by reception staff. I promptly was introduced to my stylist Jay (also owner) who made me feel comfortable and eased my nervousness. Looked over my consultation questionaire and we ...discussed my expectations and his recommendations. As he prepped my color, I had an opportunity to gaze at the tastefully decorated Victorian style surroundings. Jay began by explaining and educating me in the transformation that was to take place. I felt very pampered and couldn't wait to see the results of my highlights and hair cut. I was not disappointed. I can say it was the best cut and color I had in a long tme. Upon leaving I received a complimentary top of the line tote of hair products used that day on my hair. On my second appointment I of course didn't expect the VIP treatment I received on my first visit. Boy was I wrong! Same friendliness, professionalism and fresh new hair style comb out.
