I took my dog to Morningside to get neutered, and the staff told me that they would NOT operate if bloodwork came out abnormal. After the operation, my dog seemed fine, but days later got very sick and nearly died. New vet requested records from Morningside and discovered that blood/fecal test results were abnormal BEFORE surgery. Dr. Morris later admitted that she "should not have operated" but refused to refund. Also, just saw on Kudzu (and signs around town) that they lost another family's dog when boarding and refused to refund or even help in the search.
