after being relieced back to full duty i was charged 25 dollars and told it will be ten days for them to fill out my companys return to work form. this is totally unexceptable and pathetic. i also had to pay 20 dollars and wait 5 days for my disability papers to be filled out.\r
i have been with the heart clinic for ten years and never had to pay for paper work but don't tell them that because they will call you a liar that they have always charged patence these fees i beg to differ i have never been charged before and will not pay again for i am finding an other doctor one that is more concerned about your health and not your wallet
