that Fleming's gets such high marks speaks to SLC's gastronomic immaturity. the service was adequate, if not obtrusive. the food was average--the salads contained lettuce with brown edges, the sides were average at best, and the steaks weren't too different from what you might find at Outback. I will give it another try before writing it off completely, but Fleming's is nothing special.
Pros: convenient location
Cons: food, service
