These people don't know what customer service is. They are rude on the phone and don't seem to care who knows it. The repair man came to our house to fix our dryer. He said he needed to order a part; he said it would be delivered in 2 days. 2 weeks passed with NO contact. Finally I called to get an update... they were rude and said well sometimes it takes longer. When I asked why they wouldn't have called us to let us know there was a problem the girl (who sounded about 12 years old) acted shocked that I would even ask such a thing. Meanwhile we went weeks to get the part installed only to find out there was nothing wrong with the dryer and it was in fact a gas line issue. So 3 weeks and a $100+ later I am right back where I started. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
