Ken's is a great place to take your vehicle. My family has taken vehicles to Ken's for probably 15 or so - great experience every time.\r

They will perform recommended maintenance on your vehicle and do not simply replace/repair everthing just because it is listed. They inspect each item and if acceptable they will not do anything with it - that saves your money.\r

One time I had an engine issue and these guys went an extra hundred miles trying to get it solved - to the point of looking at my car an extra two days and reaching out to whatever network of mechanics they have trying to solve the problem. No, I did not get charged for those two days.\r

Simply put, these guys are great people and are excellent to work with overall. I will continue taking my vehicles here for anything other than if a factory warranty part is needed - they will let you know. Cost seems resonable to me though I have not personally compared it and you get what you pay for anyways.
Pros: Family-business; honest and competent employees
Cons: None for me personally, but I cannot speak for everyone
