My mother and I eat at Arpeggio at least once a week, but usually more. The restaurant is owned by a nice man and is operated by him, his sons, sister and a few others. They even know where I like to sit and it is like a second home.
The buffet is surprisingly fresh and is usually available from opening till around 2 or 3 pm. If you aren't getting the buffet or are eating in the evening, then you really need to allot yourself at least 45 minutes if you need to be anywhere else. Everything is being cooked and it takes a while.
The grilled vegetables are a favorite of my mother and mine. Ask for them even if you don't see it on the menu. The sandwiches (pita wrap) are massive and require three hands to eat. The gyro meat or chicken shawarma sandwich is my particular favorites. The kafta kabob plate is also good. Hummus can go with anything, as far as I know, so try some as well.
Pros: The food is fresh.
Cons: You should be hungry because they will give you a lot.
