After 7 consecutive telephone calls I finally got to speak with the mgr. (at the time). The person who answered the phone 1st, puts you on ""HOLD"" if you must speak to the mgr. Last & 7th call was over 7 minutes long of which time was taken up by being on ""HOLD"". They just need training in telephone courtesy/effectiveness. All things being equal, I really like the store, it's convenient to my location, when you need help (and can find someone) they are always eager and polite to help you. I think I should apply for the job of telephone courtesy training!!!!
Pros: Short drive from my house
Cons: TELEPHONE CONTACT NEEDS TRAINING, BAD.
