When I ordered my shutters I was promised they would be installed in 4-6 weeks. 13 weeks later, I only have 2 of my 5 shutters installed. I have had such the run around with this company, it is insane. I have heard every excuse in the book... ""Your order got lost in the shuffle."" (Really? With this economy- you lost my order of $2600?). ""We don't have the right size wood in stock."" Really? When you took my order 13 weeks ago, with my 1/2 deposit maybe you should have ordered the wood to make them. The only time I would get any info. about my order was if I called them. Terrible customer service. I will never use them again!
