I was very disappointed in the grooming. First I was quoted one price on the phone, and when I went to pick my dog up, was given an different price, $20 more. When I questioned it, was told it was up to the groomer to set the price and 'whoops', guess the girl who made my appointment didn't do so. When I did pick up my dog, she was poorly groomed, the length wasn't what I had discussed, overall a very poor job. But since my dog was very stressed and the attitude of the people in there wasn't very friendly, I elected to just leave. I did call later on to complain and say that I wasn't happy. I did get some of the money back but was verbally abused by the owner when I went to pick the money. I don't think I've ever had such an unpleasant experience.
