I've never written a review before, but wanted to make sure noone else had this problem in the future. I hate getting bad service after you've paid good money for something. When they installed the sprinkles, everything was fine. I called 2 years later and spoke w/ the owner. I specifically asked if I was still under warrranty & the exact answer was ""If you have done any type of digging to mess up the wiring it will not be covered but otherwise you're fine b/c it is still under warranty."" They came out spent about 5 minutes (literally) on figuring out that the water to my system was turned off. I get an email a week later & they have charged me exactly $85. I call and the owner tells me it was self inflicted so I will have to pay (for 5 minutes of there wonderful service) and if I don't I will be turned over to a collections agency. I was upset about this b/c I could have gotten my neighbor who has experience in this to check things out first. Just warning to you I got recommendations of several other companies to do the installation, but went w/ Sullivans b/c they could get to it the quickest (now I know why). Beware.
