Where do I even start with the horrible place? I never ever review places online, but Francia Bridal was so bad I that I feel I need to warn people about it. \r
\r
I went there to get a bridesmaid dress, and the owner barely even acknowledged me and was disinterested and unhelpful when I tried to ask questions. My dress came into the store in late July--but she didn't schedule my fitting until ONE WEEK before the wedding in late August. I had to call TWICE before she even called me back to reschedule the fitting. \r
\r
After I FINALLY have my fitting, I go to the store to get my dress--after calling to confirm it's ready--but it's hanging off me like a bag. The owner either didn't make the alterations at all or she's so done such a bad job that it fits the same as before. I tell her it doesn't fit and she measures me again--acting all shocked--""What happened here? Did you lose a ton of weight since we pinned it?"" I tell her, ""Um, no, we pinned it last week!"" She alters it again and I finally get my ""finished"" dress, just a week before the wedding. \r
\r
I say ""finished"" dress because even though everything seems okay with the alterations, it obviously doesn't stay that way. The day of the wedding the dress' sash falls out of the back seam and the back zipper, near the sash, comes loose. She didn't SEW the sash and zipper back into the dress after the alterations! I need to pin the thing to get it stay in one place. \r
\r
Horrible from start to finish. I plan on warning everyone who is looking for a bridal shop to avoid this place. \r
