I called the pardon team and needed to get help filling out paperwork and all i was told to do was fill it out but i am stuck so who do i go to now. I got a call from them (pardon team) 3 months later and they wanted to know how i am making out well still stuck and on my own. I called them and it was 5:00 and i was told to call back during working hours and they do not close until 6:00pm and iam waiting. Just like waiting for the cable company maybe if you sit by the phone it will ring remember a watched cooking vessle nevtr boils.\r
