I first came here 3 years ago and had great results with Carolina who did my highlights at a reasonable price. When I came back 3 months later for a touch up she was gone and I had to have my hair done by the Manager. Considering she is the manager and she claimed she had years in the business I trusted her with my hair . bright pink hair! I asked for Dark brownish reddish.. I had to go to work with this horrible disgusting color and bad cut! She promised to fix it the next day. I only let her fix it because another salon told me it was dangerous to have a different stylist fix someone else's mistake...
So I asked her just to give me a medium brown with blonde highlights. It was way to dark. Like Gothic dark with no highlights! I asked her to please fix my highlights the way I asked... I showed her a picture again. She complained a little and complained that I would have to pay her again. I said what ever just fix it please...Finally she improved, but the end result not what I was looking for. On my way home my hair fell out...........
be careful if you decide to go here... Make sure you can trust the Stylists...
