I went to this doctor for frequently occurring headaches. To begin with, the office was located in a house ( I am assuming her house), but the office portion was extremely DIRTY and disorganized! She kept her office door where she sees patients opened the entire time a patient was in there so anyone in the waiting room could hear and see what was going; completely unprofessional and breaking many privacy laws, too! She did not have any sort of medical form to be completed by the patient (i.e. current medications, current problems, medical history). During our appointment she failed to ask me what medications I was currently on or about my medical history (other than headaches). I had to make sure that I TOLD her about my medical conditions and history because I felt it was relevant for her to know, but not everybody is going to remember to tell some things to the doctor. While she questioned me she talked very quickly and wrote down notes, but she didn't really listen to what I was saying. She asked questions that I had already told her the answers to and assumed I had certain symptoms (nausea) without ever asking me if I did! She took my pressure with a bp cuff that looked like it was from 1920 and she took it around my elbow and without even using a stethoscope. Her advice was for me to continue taking a medication that I already was taking for headaches (which was not working, clearly why I went to her) and then when I reminded her it was not working (see, she doesn't listen) she sounded like it was the first time I said it didn't work! One final remark, the office does not take any sort of credit card, only cash or check. Honestly I will not be going back to this doctor ever again!
