We had a squeak in the drivers door of our Suburban and took it to Beardmore for repair. It took Beardmore three times to fix the squeak. The first time we went there, they did not have a mechanic to work on it. The second time, they didn't have the parts to fix the squeak. After 2 weeks and going there 3 times, they finally fixed the squeak. We're not impressed with the arrogance and incompetence of this dealership. From now on, we'll find someone else to work on our vehicles.
