I'm with offender4848 — the Taj has been the consistently best Indian food I've found in Colorado. Having travelled to Nepal, lived in Los Angeles for over 20 years and checked out all sorts of Indian restaurants from Edison NJ to London to Chicago and back, I think I have some good points of reference. Naans are great, the curriess are tasty and the desserts are rich and satisfying. The Taj also provides condiments including ""spicy pickle"" (an Indian specialty that combines INTENSE hot, vinegar and salt; it's an acquired taste but fabulous) along with traditional Chai. I LOVE THE TAJ!!!! and it's so much closer than Bombay.
