DO NOT even bother calling. Their number is disconnected. I was a clietn for 5 years and they did a great job paying off about 5 cards or so. Then in april and may of this year they withdrew money like they always did automatically from my bank account but they never made a single payment to the last three cards I owed. So now I'm behind five hundred bucks on three cards that have been charging me late fees. The lady I always spoke to was named Cassandra Carter. I don't know what happened but every single number I've called has been disconnected. I'll make sure I find her and my money, though.
