I have never been so shocked by the way a person in his position treated us - and the way it looks, others too. We don't like giving out our Social Security #, and we explained to him that we had been victims of identity theft 3 times, and did he really need it for just the consultation. He literally started YELLING at us, things like ""I NEED IT BECAUSE I SAID I NEED IT!"" I told him (calmly) that I meant no offense by it, and he continued yelling at us. I told him he didn't need to raise his voice to us, and he yelled ""I'LL YELL IF I WANT TO - IT""S MY OFFICE I""LL DO WHAT THE HELL I WANT"". I think we were only in there for about 4 minutes - what a waist of time. And they solicited us! And as we left, he called us A - - holes!!! How Bi-Polar!!
