I spoke several times with the salesman over the phone and we negotiated a reasonable price for a new Accord. When I got there, we confirmed the price and began the paperwork. When he took the price sheet to Brandon, the sales manager, they said they just need to verify the information for the Clunker trade-in and all would be done. 2 HOURS LATER Brandon returned with a sly smile and showed us a price $3,000 higher! He had no reasonable explanation and clearly had NO INTENTION of honoring the price that was agreed upon. \r

THE SALES MANAGERS ARE DEVIOUS SCOUNDRELS. STAY AWAY. NO respect for customers. I would have been much happier if they were upfront from the beginning. Total waste of time.
