DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ORLEANS HOME DECOR. BEWARE... YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. Customer Services are HORRIBLE. They DON'T care about there CUSTOMERS. Why would you shop at a furniture store that tells you it's not their fault if one of your items had minor damage within a couple of hours; from the time you leave the store till you get home. We bought a Curio with a hair line cracked in it, and would not let us replace it for another one or even try to fix the glass for us. They wouldn't even try to compromise. We called the store, one person told us that we can bring the curio back and exchange it for another one. 10 minutes after we called, we arrived at the store with the curio, and the told us that NOTHING they can do about it. So now we got a broken curio and the people at the store don't care about it. SO, I would ADVISE anyone not to shop there. We been shopping there in the past and bought things from there. The service wasn't great but now it even WORST.
