Our Rep, Raul, had promised that as a Franchise, we would get exact matched pricing against Brother International for our Ink Cartridges for the GT541 Machine. He also said that after 8 cartridges were purchased that they would service our machine at no charge as a loyal customer. I called today and he said ""Well since we've been buying our inks at a lower rate (which is exactly the same price as Brother's) we don't qualify for the service call now"" This is not what he promised when he got our business last year. He promised that we would get a free service call after purchasing 8 cartridges...we are so upset! Total Bait and switch...I would NEVER buy from an unreliable company that lied to people just to get them to buy from them...unprofessional, not trust worthy, not reliable. So disappointed!
