I called this company because my smoke alarms were malfunctioning. The technician rescheduled twice, finally showed up at my house late, and then spent 10 minutes talking about fire alarms,. He did no work at all. When I received the quote for the alarm work, I decided not to go forward with the work and then received an invoice for $122!
The company never explained that there would be a cost for the estimate nor how expensive that cost would be. Also, they charge for a minimum of 1 hour when the worker was at my house for 10 minutes.
Do not do business with this firm - or at least get the terms in writing before they come to your home.
Cons: No free estimate - over $100 just to come to your home
