After visiting Savastano's I will never return. It took 40 min. to receive my appetizer which was less than appealing when it arrived. Told the person in charge, said they would remove it from the bill. Pizza arrived with paper inside of it. Was told it was the ticket from sitting on the tray, but that they would take it off the bill. (It was not the ticket, it was INSIDE the pizza between the crust and topping. Did not take it off the bill. When questioned about the bill, the ""manager"" grabbed the pizza in the to go box (which I did not ask for the box) & ticket and stormed off. I paid for the drinks and salad. As I was leaving the ""manager"", whom I had been told earlier in the evening was not there, ran down the stairs SCREAMING at me and in the end told me to ""go to hell"". Not very impressive for managment or ""owner"" as she claimed. I would never eat there again after this experience. If I had been a patron that night watching this unfold, as many did, I would also never return if this is how they treat their customers. I only gave it one star because this website required that I give it a rating. I would really give it NO star.
