A week ago a guy from this company came to my home and told me he needed to order two parts for my oven and he would return within 7 to 10 days to install. Today another guy came to my home and install one part and when i asked the status of the 2nd part...he said I didnt need it. I then explained that the first guy said i did and looked on the work order to show him and he said"" they should never send me to someone home where someone else has worked on"". I said can you call your company and get a status on the 2nd part and check you check my oven to make sure the part you just install works. He told me to let the oven warm up and he would go to his truck and call. I am waiting and waiting and finally i go outside to look for him and he had driven off. I called his company and complained and was told he did the job he was sent to do.
