After about 30 minutes, your tecnician, Keith, showed up with your truck filled with tools and parts. I was given a no-nonsense estimate and gave him the job. Keith was clean cut and well dressed and very polite and seemed very knowldgeable about his work. He cleaned up after himself before leaving. I was very impressed by him and his demeanor. He turned an otherwise costly and troublesome experience into a not so unpleasant event. My compliments to Keith as a technician, as well as to your company overall.
