No heat in the winter. Don't bother to call emergency number. Maintenance also stinks. Call them about no heat and all they say is Oh this is the first call we're getting (even though you know everyone in the building already called!) It's sad cause decent tenants move in just to move out after their lease is up cause of the living conditions. Maintenance also thinks nothing of having you waste your days waiting for them to show up and fix the problem your having, no need to say they don't show up-even if you have a work order number. Rating is zero-1 star is too high.
