We are regulars at Croxley Ale establishments. My boyfriend and I visited Croxley Ale's after a day at the beach. We arrived to see a notice indicating ""no sleeveless shirts."" After being asked to comply, we did, and truth be told, we respect this requirement..... Fast forward to when we are leaving----a family- of another race- is accommodated to seating with two members wearing sleeveless shirts. When we questioned the call, the response was ""oh she's (the waitress) getting him a shirt"". BOTTOM LINE- the same rules don't apply for everyone at this establishment. My suggestion: be sure that your bar staff on 8-16 is on board with the restaurant policy because this could be followed up easily in a court of law. Things are often not what they seem~
Pros: Wait staff
Cons: Discriminatory practices
