I Found Groffs Graphics Online thought the invitations were beautiful but read that the orders must be placed way ahead in advanced. so I decided to give Heather a call back in March and asked if there was any way that I could place an order and the invitations be here by july 17 since my wedding is in September and many of my invites needed to be sent out overseas. she said YES and was nice on the first call....but I should have know it was all going to turn into a nightmare. Long story short.... I ordered 70 invitations with maps and seal monograms. When she finally sent the final proofs I approved of course my invitations don't look anything like my proofs. She told me she would put a velum overlay on the invitation and the proofs showed just that they where beautiful of course thats not what I got. but that is not all my invitaions got here almost a month before my wedding and she knew that many of my invites needed to be sent out over seas...She was extremely rude to me and my Fiance, at one point she even hung up on me because I asked her to tell me when my invitations would be here....finally after much stress She agreed to ship them overnight for an extra $125 I ended up paying 1,000 for 70 invitations. When they got here my fiance and I were glad to have the invitations in our hands and thought the stress was over.. not until we started putting them together 2 of the invitations where totally scratched on purpose we could not use those 2 invitations and then she only sent us 65 monogram seals instead of 70. The invitations were not centered and the map was poorly done. She often bragged about her studies and her knowledge with graphic design. I don't know where she went to school but I think she should go back and learn the basics which is typography and layout. Maybe some classes on how to treat customers might help a lot too.Honestly for the price I payed I would at least expect the work to be right. I wish I could have read these reviews before doing business with this unprofessional person. Really I could have saved my self all this stress. I am truly disappointed. And I really don't appreciate that she could not even be honest with me and tell me if my invitations where going to arrive on time or not instead she just ignored me. So PLEASE consider these reviews you might save yourself a lot of stress and money.
