The appliance repair business must be great because Curt doesn't have a nano-second to return phone calls. I called this guy twice -- on two different days -- but he didn't have the courtesy -- or business sense to return my calls.
If he's non-responsive before he has your business, he'll be the same when he gets the job.
Too bad this guy can't pick up the phone and return a call. He needs a lesson in manners -- as well as a lesson in business.
Not only did he lose my business -- he lost the business of everyone I know.
