when looking for a wedding cake, i was told about lucys. i called to schedule a tasting and asked if they made italian creme i was told it had to be special ordered to be tasted. i special ordered over the phone. the day of the tastiing not only did they not make the italian creme they snapped at me saying i shouldve specialed ordered it. i told them i had, not only was the customer service very bad, they dont follow instructions. we ended up ordering their signature yellow cake with strawberry filling for our wedding. definitely did not live up to all the hype.it was pretty and arrived on time. thats the best thing i can say about my experience.
