WARNING! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED! 8/31/2009

I brought my elderly relatives TV to Morrell Electronics for an estimate. They just went ahead and fixed it without calling me with an estimate first. They knew how hard it is to arrange to get the 70 pound TV back to these 80 year olds and added an extra $30.00 onto the $127.00 repair bill when it went past 10 days. Because I complained about losing the $30.00 while I was there picking it up they changed their mind and would not give me the TV back because it was a week over the 30 days. So now they have my Aunt's TV and $30.00. I'm shocked that they are still in business-I'm sure that they have done this before.
