They left nails on my roof, grass and in my driveway. Only 2/3 of the work was completed. They claimed not to be able to do part of what was written in the contract, and then did not offer me a refund for what was left undone. They say they will follow up and finish the work, but after several weeks of waiting and multiple phone calls... nothing. Work site was not left the way they found it. They arrived at work site without the equipment to do the job more than once and had to apologize.
Pros: gets job done quickly in a time crunch for less $
Cons: doesn't follow thru with all contracted work,bad follow up
