It is a religious counseling center. If you are not frum you may feel out of place. I have seen non-religious people there so it's not exclusionary. The counselors that I have seen are very good. Like anything in the mental health world; one has to be persistent to find the right person for their needs!
The only bad thing is that is not near any train lines. The only train line in the immediate area is the Q/B and you have to take a 10 minute bus ride from there.
Pros: near 3 bus lines; CVS and a kosher pizza place is near by.
Cons: No subway lines close by.
