i just went to Goin Bananas to grab some chicken so i could make pesto for dinner. they wasn't any left on the shelf, and they didnt have any in the back so i said ""thanks anyway"" and continued walking down the street. 2 blocks later, i felt a tap on my shoulder. the girl in the store had run down the street after me to tell me that she had found some chicken in the back.\r

WOW! when would that have ever happened at a big grocery store? never. what an awesome customer service experience. it totally made my night!
