We called Contra Cost Blinds to fix what went so horribly wrong with our transaction with Décor Window Fashions installation. Contra Costa Blinds is THE BEST!!!!!! We had the worst experience with Decor Window Fashions (formally Blinds on a Budget). After spending over $2500 on treatments to our home with Decor Window Fashions, they refused to honor warranties and charged excessive fees for installation and repairs with the handling of their transactions. They treated us horribly, were verbally abusive and totally unprofessional, and even hung up the phone on us after several attempts to contact them. We then called Contra Costa Blinds and they were at my home within an hour, repaired the blinds, adjusted others with no fee, and were so helpful and professional. What a pleasure it was to have them in my home to fix what others did so horrible. They turned my fears and tears into complete happiness and satisfaction. How I wished I had originally did my business with them and not given my business, money, and trust to others. He is a fantastic person and he has my deepest appreciation, and I highly recommend Contra Costa Blinds for your future window treatments, and or hire him to fix what incompetent people cannot or will not do!
