Don't let the landscape fool you. I lived at the residenz and many residendts have problems with the staff, pests, flooding, decaying wood and mold. Paint is peeling, gutters are fallen and wood is decayed. When my neighbor moved out and someone else moved in thet did not ven paint or clean the carpets.
