After experiencing months of spotty coverage by other agencies, we found Epic and have been happy ever since. We were able to meet several different nurses and pick the ones we liked best. If we are ever unhappy with a nurse, they quickly transition between nurses. The people at Epic are very friendly, but more importantly - they're available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Is the place perfect? Well, about as close as you can be in home healthcare.
