This was by far the out and out rudest Dr and staff I have ever encounterd during my 40 years of life. Her bedside manner is the worst, did not even introduce herself to me upon meeting me, let alone shake my hand. Courtesy of herself and staff(husband) COMPLETLY LACKING. The DR failed to give me a rx and I called and asked if it could be faxed to the pharmacy and they REFUSED and made me come all the way back to the office. She had given me a referral to have a mamogram, and my appointment was right after my appt. with her, if she could give the address again. They out and out refused stating: ""I need to get it together and be more responsible"". Mind you, I have a toddler and just got in to town from getting married, honeymoon and turning 40. I was so humiliated, I was shaking had and to cancel the mamogram. Still with no rx that I needed which was the reason for my first visit.\r

This is new insurance for me and I have had Kaiser forever.
