I would have given zero stars if possible. The staff in this store is rude and condescending. They place no value on you as a customer. A recent complaint about rude employees including Rhonda Russell, Asst General Mgr. sent to Sheryl Steiner, Manager of Customer Relations for Saks was to no avail. Ms Steiner was herself rude and condescending. I asked for an apology from the rude employees and was told that it was not within their corporate guidelines. What ever happened to customer service? I will never shop in Saks again. My money will be spent where I am valued as a customer. Cons: The worst sales and management staff for premier store more
