They don't return phone calls. They don't return emails. They pretend they did not get them.\r
They are extremely rude on those rare occasions when you get them on the phone. \r

Today, I called and was shouted at right from the beginning. When I asked very politely not to be spoken to in that way, I was yelled at by Andrea Bunis herself, I quote ""You sent us 9,000 letters"" and she hung up on me. I actually sent only 3 emails 2 months ago, one of them they claim they never got.\r
If I was treating my clients 1% of what I got today, I would have lost all of them.\r
