We visited The Fern on a Monday evening. We were with a group of friends. We were seated immediately and served by BJ. She was friendly, efficient and had a great memory! I had the 1/2 order of fish and chips with the cross-cut fries. It was a perfect portion and done very well. My husband had the popcorn shrimp and fries; he did feel that the popcorn shrimp was pre-breaded and frozen but was good. The hamburger ordered by one of our friends was juicy and well-prepared. We were offered a senior discount before ordering. I would recommend The Fern for a friendly, reasonable meal.
