I was shopping in this store yesterday. The grooming room is wide open in the back and I heard cries coming from a dog. So I stuck around to see what was up, and witnessed the groomer being very rough with a little dog. She dragged him by one of his paws so hard that the dog screamed, only to drag him by his ears when he cried. I thought she broke his leg. Now this was maybe an 8Ib dog at most. In typical defensive fashion, when I spoke up she screamed at me. So I waited outside for the dog's owner and told her what I saw. She was obviously very upset. Regardless, the groomer has serious anger management problems and should not be allowed near animals. Please take care of your animals and do not get them groomed here- I can only imagine how she treats them when no one is around. Regardless, they lost 2 customers that day, along with the word of mouth loss of others, a small feat for an abusive groomer. I will never shop here again, despite its convenience.
