I've been to this store several times and always leave unhappy. The store does not have enough employees and when you finally get to speak to one they do not seem to want to help. I had an issue with a phone case that continued to break and they said there was nothing they could do. I took the same case to the store on Woodruff Road in Greenville and I was in and out with a new case in two minutes. If you live in Spartanburg, it is worth the drive to Greenville trust me.
